The "Shanghai International Electronic Filing Exhibition" was held at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre between November 10 and 12 of year 2004. Majority of participants were manufacturers of office appliance, specific equipment for filing and IT equipment. Amongst those manufactures, mostly were manufacturers of medium and high speed scanners including Kodak, Canon, Matusshita, Avision, Microtek. Fundamentally speaking, exhibits were products ranging from application solutions of Electronic Filing Management, Paper Management and Mandate Management to value-added service of professional filing departments.

Nikoyo Shanghai and Shanghai Xin Jing Kun Company jointly participated into the Exhibition, showing Nikoyo's self-developed Documan ver.4.0 Software, Xin Jing Kun’s own E-Doc System especially for electronic filing and many types of scanners newly developed and initially publicized by Fujitsu that could brighten the colors of the Exhibition.

The "Shanghai International Electronic Filing Exhibition" was held at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre between November 10 and 12 of year 2004.

Nikoyo Shanghai has put the emphasis on presentation of Fujitsu fi-5750C and fi-4220C scanners having been vastly used by filing departments, new product Fujitsu fi-5650C and fi-5110C and other scanner models like fi-4860C and fi-4340C. In view of most visitors were users of filing or office department, not only have we showed exhibits of Fujitsu’s high-speed document input device, but also have we put forward demonstration of our Documan Software. In addition to scanner presentation, the concept of electronic filing management was also illustrated and demonstrated. Through such illustration and demonstration, users could have direct understanding of more practical application of our products.

Exhibit zones basically were divided into 3 parts, namely, "Reception & Information Station" and "Demonstration zone" of Fujitsu scanners and system software including 6 sets of Fujitsu scanner, Documan Software and Xin Jing Kun's own E-Doc System and "Enquiry Station for users".

It was really a fruitful activity to Nikoyo since we could have gathered rich information from customers while showing our exhibits at the Exhibition. Visitors of the Exhibition were mainly professional users coming from filing management departments, office departments, industries concentrated on regional Filing Departments, secondary schools, electricity, chemistry, aviation, municipal government departments. Approximately one third of the users have expressed their views of preparation for activating electronic filing management.

Visitors have shown their great interest in Nikoyo’s booth, spending much time to watch the demonstration of Fujitsu scanners and to learn the detailed product presentation provided by our engineers. Many of them have dropped their name cards to us, indicating their intent of further negotiating business with us. All in all, during the 3-day Exhibition, Nikoyo has collected rich useful information and has made the best achievement.
