In addition to the exhibit of global market promotion service showed by Hong Kong Trade Development Council, exhibitors also included private enterprises and public organizations, overseas organizations of trade promotion, consulates, chambers of commerce, World Economic and Trade Organization and international promotion organizations of the business development of SME. Knowing and understanding thoroughly the demand from SME, all exhibitors could provide a “One-Stop” trade service for SME in Hong Kong, China and overseas including practical service package, provision of market information and consultation of trade affairs with a vision of helping SME expand their market and seek suitable business partners for them.

Visitors were coming from SME of manufacturing and service industries with high ranks covering bosses, directors, top executives, marketing and promotion managers, financial controllers, fresh entrepreneurs and all those SME setting foot into China market as soon as the golden times of CEPA and China's entry to WTO has begun.
Besides, other visitors such as persons-in-charge of non-governmental enterprises from China, Foreign Economic & Trade Departments of various provinces and municipalities, super retail enterprises and department stores and groups of delegation organized by overseas SME sectors and chambers of commerce & industries have also paid visit to the Expo, with an intent of initiating business negotiations with Hong Kong SME, seeking suitable business partners and customers at the Expo and sourcing effective strategies for business solutions and opening up both China and foreign markets.
