"The Project of Anti-falsifying Control of Taxation" conducted by the China National Taxation has been one of the "Golden Projects" activated and monitored by Mr. Jin Ren Qing himself, the Chief of National Taxation Bureau with the special concern expressed by the former Premier Zhu Rong Ji. Fujitsu's scanner has won in tender project in connection with Golden Taxation for the use of scanning value-added invoice between 2000 and 2002.

It was the fact that Fujitsu's scanner was brought into the product evaluation process organized by the National Taxation Bureau in August of 2000. After five rounds of testing and evaluation, Fujitsu's M3091 out of many brands was successfully selected for tendering.

The experimental locations of the first phase of "Golden Taxation Project" included 5 provinces and 4 cities. Nikoyo has won tenders in 4 provinces including Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Liaoning and has provided a total quantity of 1600 units of Fujitsu M3091DC scanner. Till 1 December, 2000 "The Project of Anti-falsifying Control of Taxation" was implemented in 5 provinces and 4 cities.

The second phase of "Golden Project" was activated in the balance of 22 provinces. Fujitsu's scanner has again won the tender and 8400 units of M3091DC were finally furnished. The "Golden Project" was fully under operation nationwide on 1 July, 2001

The "Golden Project" has been our nation's core project and has been of great demand for quick performance in extensive regions. Nikoyo has cooperated with Fujitsu to mutually and timely complete all import and transaction procedures in strictly conformity with stipulations of the contract that has gained recognition from the National Taxation Bureau. Just taking some months, 10000 units of scanners have been provided and passed through the user's acceptance, winning all other suppliers with outstanding accomplishment. The implementation of the project has somehow reflected Nikoyo's competent logistics and technical services. We do believe we can provide much more comprehensive services for our users in future projects.
