"Sustaining advancement with the best service" is always our mission. Nikoyo's Professional Technical Services Team offers competent services to customers.
In addition to the branch offices in Hong Kong, a toll-free 800 hotline and almost 20 service centres have been set up throughout the main cities in China. Among 400 numbers of staff, nearly 200 are professional engineers, comprising Nikoyo’s Professional Technical Services Team. Over 100 out of the 200 professional engineers are holding national medium & high levels of professional positions and the authentication of qualification of technical know-how and skills in IT’s hardware and software.
Besides, Nikoyo has been awarded ISO 9000 Quality Assurance of Service Implementation and "The 2nd Level of the Quality Assurance of The China National Computer Information System Integration".
