Hong Kong Technical Service Centre:

Mainland Technical Service Centre:
With the rapid expansion of business in the mainland China, Nikoyo's Central Technical Service Centre has been established in ShenZhen in recent years. Customers can seek service support and technical consultation through the toll-free hotline (8008306019) and email system. Under the central coordination and deployment, 20 service stations throughout the main cities implement the sophisticated service policies.
In addition to the computer peripheral products, our specialized team of professional engineers, whose technical skills and know-how are well qualified and recognized by most vendors including EMC, StorageTek, Network Appliance and Veritas, also provides technical services for storage systems and networking products.
Those engineers have expertise and experience in various computer systems, RAID, backup software and SAN Management software. Our specialists have frequently completed projects by carrying out the installation, technical modification and post-sale service of all classes of computer systems, high-end RAID systems, and Tape Library Systems for national government departments, gaining recognition and praise from those users.
